Naveed Manakkodan is the Chief Executive Officer at One Hand Clap, a new-age creative agency and production house founded in 2019.

Naveed started his professional career in 2012, as a Marketing Communications Executive at Findblooms, soon after which he went on for his Masters of Business Administration in Media and Entertainment, from Whistling Woods International. He has also served as the Head of Production at All India Bakch*d, and Executive Producer at Only Much Louder, before starting his tenure at One Hand Clap.

His approach combines emotions and innovation, resulting in campaigns that resonate with the contemporary audiences.

Recently, they bagged three accolades at the Good Ads Matter Awards, India '25 for their pieces of work—namely, Bumble x Zeenat Aman (Gold), Swiggy x Meme-verse (Silver), and Swiggy x Vishal Dayama Takeover (Bronze). Among other campaigns they have done are Emotorad 'Bole jo Koyal' ft. MS Dhoni, Swiggy x Meme Rewind, Aamir Khan Productions x Jaane Tu ya Jaane na Anniversary, and Netflix Playback 2024.
