Mothership Productions, founded by Kashif Memon in 2011, is a Mumbai-based production company that has steadily carved a space for itself in India’s advertising ecosystem with its versatile creative output.


Operating across multiple formats, from TVCs and digital films to social media content, corporate films, animatics, and radio spots, the company is known for infusing quirk and relatability into its storytelling while ensuring the brand message stays front and center.


Its roster of directors brings a lively, humorous tone that resonates across campaigns. Among its awarded work is the WokTok campaign “Chinese, Par Apne Style Se,” which won Gold for Direction in Humour and three Silvers at the Good Ads Matter Awards 2025. Other acclaimed projects include “Change the Soch” for Franklin Templeton (Gold in Corporate Purpose & Social Responsibility) and Stayfree’s Daughter’s Day film “#BetaStayfreeLeAana,” which picked up both Gold and Bronze honours.


The company’s portfolio also includes films for Sleepycat, Air Asia, WildStone Code ft. Vicky Kaushal, Tata Neu, Spotify, Jio Cinema’s India vs. Australia campaign, and work for Netflix, Skoda, Parachute, P&G, McDonald’s, KreditBee, and Architectural Digest.
