Before establishing the company, Matthew began his career as an Assistant Director before transitioning into casting. Since then, he has worked on more than 700 advertising campaigns, alongside feature films, web series, and short films. His casting credits include the internationally recognised short film Bukkad, as well as streaming and South Indian film projects, reflecting his experience across diverse storytelling formats.
