Lisbon International Advertising Festival

Lisbon Awards Group is one of the biggest and most important events' organizer company, presenting advertising festivals and conferences in the most diverse areas. Is considered one of the biggest players in the marketing, business & advertising in the world. Created in 2012, Lisbon Awards Group has in its roots the Prémios Lusófonos da Criatividade, the only festival dedicated exclusively to countries with Portuguese as first language. Currently, it 's hosted in Parque das Nações, the new area of the city of Lisbon, Portugal's capital city.

Along the years, the group grew and expanded its activity on a global level. In 2016, launched the Lisbon International Advertising Festival, a worldwide advertising awards event that is considered one of the most important events in the advertising field in the whole world. Nowadays, Lisbon Awards Group is responsible for organizing eight festivals and awards, all of them in the area of marketing and advertising

General Eligibility/Rules:

  • Each registered work must be publicly displayed between the eligibility period. The opening and closing dates of each edition are announced on the festival’s official website and its social media.

  • Any work submitted to a previous edition of the festival may not be submitted in future editions to the same Category.

  • The works are exclusively submitted through the festival’s platform.

  • The same work can be submitted to more than one category and to more than one of its respective sub-categories.

  • Whenever appropriate, the organisation may request proof of existence of the pieces entering the contest.

  • The participants authorise and are fully responsible for the display of the pieces entering the contest.

  • Entries must be processed according to the instructions on this Entry Kit.

  • Given that the festival is an international competition, all materials that are not originally in English must be translated either through subtitles or through any other way that the participants deem appropriate. The jury should be able to understand the messages of all the pieces.

  • The Young Lisbon category is subject to a specific regulation available on the festival’s official website.
