Career: Kaushal started his career in 2002, as a web designer for Epigram, following which, he worked as a visualiser at the likes of Media 02 and Hungama. Later, at Argus I, he served as a motion designer, compositor and colourist, before briefly joining Simplarity as a creative. In 2014, he co-founded 'Frames Per Second', where he served as the creative director for five years. After freelancing for another half a decade, Kaushal co-founded Red Pebbles.
