Kainaz Karmakar is the Chief Creative Officer at Ogilvy, boasting a strong background in the advertising industry with previous roles as Creative Director at JWT and Leo Burnett.
Her leadership has guided teams to win over 40 awards at prestigious global award shows, including Cannes Gold, One Show Gold, One Show Asia, and D&AD Impact for education and humanitarian work.
In the Cannes Creativity Report of the Decade published in 2020, the work created by Kainaz and her team for ITC Savlon's Healthy Hands Chalk Sticks was featured as 'Iconic Work of the Decade.' Notably, the 2018 Savlon Healthy Hands campaign won India’s first Grand Prix for Creative Effectiveness at Cannes Lions.
Kainaz has also served as a jury member for several renowned award shows, such as Spikes, One Show Asia, One Show, D&AD, Clio, Cannes, and ADC.
