Led teams that have won over 40 awards at prestigious global award shows including Cannes Gold, One Show Gold, One Show Asia, D&AD Impact for education and humanitarian work, D&AD Impact for Government Engagement, the coveted Cannes Glass Lion, and Asia's first Cannes Grand Prix for Creative Effectiveness.

One of Kainaz's recent successes includes leading the Bournvita forced pack campaign that focuses on ethical parenting. Her exceptional work on brands such as ITC, Mondelēz, CEAT tyres, Brooke Bond Red Label, Unilever, Fiat, Bajaj, McDonald's, Heinz, and Cadbury has earned her multiple accolades.

In the Cannes Creativity Report of the Decade published in 2020, work created by Kainaz and her team for ITC Savlon's Healthy Hands Chalk Sticks was featured as 'Iconic Work of the Decade.'
