Juliana Paracencio

Based in London

A Brazilian creative, Juliana is currently working as a Global Creative Director at Ogilvy UK. She has lived and worked in four countries so far: Brazil, Germany, UAE, Spain, and UK in agencies like Jung von Matt, Leo Burnett, Publicis and Ogilvy.

Currently, she's based in London, working on global brands such as Dove, Hellmann's, and Comfort (Unilever). Previously she was at Publicis Spain, where in the first months, she was responsible for creating IKEA's most-shared campaigns of all times: the IKEA Real Life Series, which won a number of Cannes Lions and many other international awards. In addition to IKEA, Juliana has also led other regional accounts such as Renault, Carrefour and Smart accounts, to be also recognised and nominated internationally. As a direct result of this work, Publicis was ranked in Cannes as one of the Top 4 Most Creative Agencies in Spain.

Before Spain, she worked for four years in the UAE, as a Regional Creative Director at Ogilvy Dubai in the Middle East and North African region, where she oversaw the work of 15 different offices from my hub in Dubai. There, Juliana working on global brands such as Dove, Hellmann's, and Comfort (Unilever). Under her leadership, IKEA Saudi Arabia won its first awards including a number of Gold Lions and 5 D&AD pencils.
