Goafest, the biggest advertising festival in South Asia is hosted by the Advertising Agencies Association of India (AAAI) to facilitate industry upgradation with new knowledge and insights. Now in its 15th year, Goafest offers Knowledge Seminars, Industry Conclave and Interesting Masterclasses along with exciting Award Shows featuring the best of the industry’s work.
The prestigious ABBY Awards organised by The Advertising Club are presented in the festival to showcase and toast the best in the business with a whole lot of flash and style. This year (2023) the Abbys have tied up with The One Show, one of the prestigious international award programs in advertising, design and digital marketing, thereby sharing the stage with other global and regional award platforms.
All in all, Goafest is an annual 3-day celebration of the very best of knowledge sessions, workshops and awards for advertising & media work from India and other countries in South Asia which honours creativity, innovation and campaigns from across markets, mediums and languages of the region under one roof.

General Eligibility/Rules:
Work created by talent that is 30 years of age, or below. The entry should be accompanied with a certification by the CEO of the company, that the work was created by the said employee, who is of the age of 30, or below.
Encourage entries from South Asian Countries – Bangladesh, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Nepal. Entries from these countries will compete with Indian Entries.
All work is to be released during the eligibility period under consideration.

Early registration Discounts
For delegates from India, there are two categories:
Under 30s: 2-day fee is INR 9,800 and 3-day fee is INR 12,200
Above 30s: 2-day fee is INR 18,000 and 3-day fee is INR 22,500
Delegates from SAARC countries other than India have a flat fee of INR 12,200 for the three-day event. All prices are subject to GST
After Early Registrations
Under 30s: 2-day fee is INR 10,900 and 3-day fee is INR 13,500 Above 30s:
2-day fee is INR 19,900 and 3-day fee is INR 24,900
Delegates from SAARC countries other than India have a flat fee of INR 13,500 for the three-day event. All prices are subject to GST.
