Ina Pira is the Head of Curation at Vimeo, USA, where she leads the platform’s curation efforts, including the widely recognised Staff Picks program. In this role, she is responsible for identifying, selecting, and showcasing standout films and videos, working closely with filmmakers and shaping how high-quality content is discovered and promoted on the platform.

Before joining Vimeo, Ina built her background in film programming and festival curation. She worked as a Senior Programmer at festivals such as the Hamptons International Film Festival, Montclair Film Festival, and Sarasota Film Festival, where she was involved in selecting films, managing programs, and supporting screenwriting initiatives.

She also holds a certification in 360 Digital Marketing from Cornell University, complementing her experience at the intersection of content, platforms, and audience engagement.

With over a decade of experience across festivals and digital platforms, she has developed a strong understanding of film discovery and audience engagement. Alongside her role at Vimeo, she has also served on juries, spoken at industry events, and contributed to conversations around film curation, online distribution, and the evolving landscape of independent cinema.
