Founded by Vijay Sawant and Dharam Valia in 2014, Hungry Films is an award-winning advertising film production company based in Mumbai.

With over two decades of experience in leading advertising agencies, the team at Hungry Films brings a deep understanding of brands, blending storytelling with innovative filmmaking techniques, visual effects, and technology to create work that stands out.

Their campaign for St. Jude ChildCare Centres, The Impossible Choice, won five metals at the Good Ads Matter Awards 2025. The accolades included: Gold in Creative – Films for Good (PSA Advertising), Silver in Film Craft – Writing for Advertising (Hindi), Silver in Film Craft – Cinematography (Narrative, Online), Silver in Film Craft – Direction (Narrative, Online), and a second Gold in PSA Advertising.

Additionally, their ad for ICICI Lombard, Game of Life, won Gold in Film Craft – Visual Effects & AI, CG/CGI. Another campaign, Space for Oreo, also secured a Gold in the same category. At the Good Ads Matter Awards 2026, their productions received recognition across the Creative and Film Craft categories. Asian Paints – Cholte Cholte Chollish: A Royale Tribute to Kolkata won Gold for Best Animation Film, Visual Effects – Compositing, and Regional Film, along with Silver for Direction – Animation & CGI-Integrated Advertising. St. Jude India ChildCare Centres – Renu Vs The City received Gold for Health & Pharma, Silver for PSA Advertising (Films for Good), and Bronze for Best Performance – Female. Colgate – Indianis Dentris also earned a Bronze for Direction – PSA Advertising.

Their other notable campaigns include Coca-Cola’s Pujo, Acko Insurance’s Mumbai, The Impossible Choice for St. Jude ChildCare Centres, Unacademy’s Breaking Barriers featuring M.S. Dhoni, Madhya Pradesh Tourism’s Toys and Har Hindustani ka Dil, Bajaj Electricals’ #MagicOfLight, and Astral BondTite’s India ko Jodey.

Hungry Films’ work has been recognised at some of the most prestigious global awards, including Good Ads Matter Awards 2025, Cannes Lions, D&AD, The One Show, Clio Awards, and the London International Awards.
