Hany Halim Ahmed is a veteran colorist and post-production supervisor whose career has taken him from Cairo’s major film studios to Mumbai’s bustling entertainment industry. A graduate of the High Institute of Cinema in Cairo, Hany began his career in the early 2000s, quickly building a reputation across the Middle East for his bold yet nuanced grading style. Over the years, he has brought visual depth to a long list of blockbuster Arabic films and has shaped the look of hundreds of commercials for global brands.

In 2020, Hany relocated to India to join Nube Studio, where he has worked on projects such as the Netflix thriller Yeh Kaali Kaali Ankhein, the feature Mumbai Saga, and Mistry. He pairs strong creative instincts with deep technical expertise in workflows, codecs, and deliverables, including DCP mastering.

Hany’s skills extend beyond grading, encompassing supervision of the entire post pipeline—from concept development and offline editing to VFX coordination and final mastering.
