Girish Narayandass is the Co-founder and Chief Creative Officer at Bare Bones Collective, a new-age creative agency that boldly challenges traditional norms, breaking free from patterns.


Girish started his career in 2010, as a copywriter at DDB Mudra Group, after which, he moved to Creativeland Asia as the senior creative partner of copy. In 2015, he joined All India Bakch*d, and served there as the head writer for well over three years—which explains the edge of humour in all of his work. After a few years of freelancing as a writer and director, Girish starter Bare Bones Collective in 2022, along with his partner.


The business model of Bare Bones Collective—a mix of a small core team and a network of creative freelancers—is so developed in order to adapt to the contemporary work culture while addressing the often overlooked ""burnout"" in the industry, ensuring it benefits both brands as well as creatives working with them.


Girish's prowess in blending humour and contextual lingo in any form of narrative is what makes his work memorable.


Some of her most renowned work includes Urban Company 'Sarabhai vs Sarabhai', Cult 'Fitness is Not an Option' and 'Motivator-in-Chief', as well as YouTube 'GenZ Chudail' and Amazon Prime Video 'Jaggu Dada Mode', for both of which they bagged a bronze each at the Good Ads Matter Awards, India '25.
