Ganesh Pareek is Partner, Executive Producer, and Creative Director at First December Films, a production house based in Mumbai.


Ganesh brings deep expertise in crafting films that are both culturally resonant and globally celebrated. His passion for the craft extends beyond production—he has conducted film appreciation and advertising workshops at institutions including FTII, Pune, and XIC, Mumbai.


One of his celebrated projects, Beauty Tips by Reshma (conceptualised by Ogilvy), won the D&AD Impact White Pencil and a Cannes Lions Gold, while its standout film How to Get Perfect Red Lips was named one of Adweek’s World’s Best Commercials of 2016.


Equally defining was Nike’s Make Every Yard Count, which became the most awarded Indian commercial globally—winning over 50 international awards, including 7 Cannes Lions, 3 One Show Gold Pencils, and 6 D&AD Pencils in 2015.


Beyond Nike, Ganesh has produced campaigns for brands such as Thums Up (featuring Allu Arjun), KFC (Boneless), IGP (Amazing Gifts, Samay Par), Reebok, Google Pixel, Levi’s, MuscleBlaze, and BookMyShow, to name a few.
