Richter's career has seen a rapid ascent. After honing his skills at the Miami Ad School in Hamburg, he joined Young & Rubicam in New York as a copywriter in 2009. In 2011, he made the move to Droga5 New York in the same role and quickly progressed to become a Creative Director in 2014, followed by Executive Creative Director in 2017, and finally Chief Creative Officer in 2019.


His outstanding creative contributions have resulted in notable achievements, including creating the Cannes Lion Cyber Grand Prix-winning campaign "I Will What I Want," featuring Gisele Bundchen for Under Armour. Additionally, his work on the Film Craft Grand Prix-winning project "Rule Yourself - Michael Phelps" for Under Armour further solidifies his reputation as an exceptional creative force in the industry.
