Felicity Fellows is the Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer at the Stan Group in Paris, where she works at the intersection of culture, strategy, and global partnerships. She is also the founder of Studio Felicity Fellows, a strategic advisory firm that works with influential leaders, institutions, and brands to translate values into partnerships, cultural initiatives, and impact-driven collaborations. 


Over the past 17 years, Fellows has advised and collaborated with organisations such as TED, Art Basel, the Office of the President of Ukraine, Summit Series, Phillips Auction House, the Human Immunome Project, and the Rainforest Foundation, alongside numerous start-ups, developing projects that connect cultural initiatives with social and environmental impact.


Fellows began her career in executive development roles at organisations including TED and the Sydney Opera House where she helped build partnerships and programmes connecting artists, thinkers, and entrepreneurs. She continues to work with TED as a TED Global Ambassador and Philanthropy Advisor, advising on community strategy and values-aligned philanthropy while helping curate participants and partnerships across the global TED community.


She has also collaborated with cultural figures including Iggy Pop, Björk, Stephen Hawking, and Salman Rushdie, and has worked on partnerships and initiatives with organisations such as Google, Intel, Airbnb, Soho House, and the Skoll Foundation


In addition to her advisory work, Fellows has co-founded ventures including AIR Forest, a regenerative village project. She is a member of the Forbes Business Development Council, a board member of Flint Collective, and a member of Al Gore’s Climate Reality Leadership Corps.
