Eeshit Narain, ISC, is a cinematographer whose body of work bridges advertising and long-form storytelling with equal command.
An alumnus of the Film & Television Institute of India (FTII), Pune, he has worked on over 200 commercials. His advertising work stands out for its ability to elevate everyday moments into striking, memorable imagery.
Some of his notable works include GlucoCharge - CocaCola India, Jagran Film Festival 2016 - Promo, Wild Stone TVC, among others.
Alongside his advertising career, Eeshit has also carved a mark in feature films and series. His debut in Bollywood with Qarib Qarib Singlle brought him early recognition, followed by projects like Doctor G, Chhalaang, Netflix’s Ray Spotlight, and the Disney+ feature Gulmohar, praised for its nuanced visual tone.
He has also worked on international platforms, including Apple TV+’s Shantaram and the Netflix series Dabba Cartel, further underscoring his versatility.
Eeshit’s films have travelled widely, winning accolades at the Locarno Film Festival, Student Emmys in the USA, and India’s National Film Awards. Yet, advertising remains a core space where his craft thrives, allowing him to continually shape the look and feel of campaigns with a balance of polish, accessibility, and emotional resonance.
