Dheeraj Sinha is the Group Chief Executive Officer at FCB India and South Asia, part of the global FCB Network.


Dheeraj started his professional journey in 1999 as an account executive at PSL McCann, following which he joined McCann Erickson and served as Strategic Planner and Associate Planning Director. His 6-year-long stint at Bates saw his growth as the Vice President of Strategic Planning, and Chief Strategy Officer. He then joined Grey Group as the Chief Strategy Officer, followed by Leo Burnett, as the Chief Executive Officer, and BBH India, as the Chairman.


Under Dheeraj's leadrship, Leo Burnett was India’s No. 1 and Asia’s No. 2 Agency at Cannes Lions 2023, and featured in Fast Company’s list of Top 20 World Changing Ideas, twice in a row.


Dheeraj has won several accolades at the Cannes Lions, Effies and the likes, as well as the Jay Chiat Planning Award, the Asian Marketing Effectiveness Award and the Yahoo Big Idea Chair. He is a three-times winner of the Atticus Awards (WPP’s award for best published thinking). He has also been on AdAge India's list of Ad People of the Year, along with being among the top 40 advertising and marketing professionals in Asia Pacific in Campaign Asia’s 40 Under 40 list.


He has spoken at platforms like the Cannes Lions, Spikes Asia, the Next 4 Billion Conference, Denmark, Harvard India Conference, Boston and the Asian Marketing Effectiveness Festival. He has served on the jury of Spikes Asia Effectiveness Awards, APAC Effies and YouTube Awards, to name a few.


Dheeraj's marketing prowess and commanding voice has helped shape brands like PepsiCo, Spotify, Amazon, Acko, PhonePe, HDFC Bank, Bajaj, Iodex, MasterCard, Sensodyne, RedFM, Marico Corporate, Tata AIG and ITC Aashirwad.
