Dheer is the Co-founder and Producer at Jugaad Motion Pirctures, a media and production company that was founded in 2016 alongside writer/director Dar Gai and producer Sakshi Khanna.
Jugaad specialises in the development and production of feature films, music videos, television commercials, and drama series.
The production company has also produced three features in the past three years. Their latest feature, titled “Last Film Show”, directed by Pan Nalin is India's official entry to the 95th Academy Awards.
Alongside this, Jugaad has also developed and produced commercials and digital films for multinational brands like Jio, Bumble, Levi's, Stayfree, Tinder, Volkswagen, Xiaomi, Bacardi, Netflix, etc.
