Deepali Naair

Deepali Naair is a marketing leader with over two decades of experience spanning sales, marketing, digital transformation, e-commerce, and P&L management. Currently serving as the Group Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for the CK Birla Group, she has previously held key leadership roles at IBM, IIFL Wealth, HSBC, L&T Insurance, and Mahindra Holidays, among others.

At IBM, she played a pivotal role as CMO for India & South Asia before taking on the position of Director of Digital Sales, Bengaluru Digital Sales Centre, where she also led JAPAC’s Digital Sales Centre Growth. Her extensive expertise in marketing strategy, digital innovation, and business growth has consistently delivered impactful results across industries.

Deepali is also a respected thought leader and mentor, frequently invited to speak at technology, digital, and leadership forums both in India and internationally. She has served as a jury member for prestigious awards, including AdClub’s EMVIES, EFFIES, ABBYs, IAMAI Digital Awards, and ECHO Awards.
