Danny, a first-generation Cuban-American, grew up in New Jersey with supportive parents, an older sister, and adorable Pomeranians. Fluent in Spanish, he pursued his education at Vassar College and the Portfolio Center in Atlanta.

With a career spanning prestigious agencies like Ammirati & Puris, Young & Rubicam, and a defining 20-year tenure at McCann New York, Danny currently serves as an EVP and Executive Creative Director. His impressive portfolio includes Xbox, Coca-Cola, Wendy's, Staples, Kohl's, Weight Watchers, Verizon, MasterCard, Microsoft, Nikon, Office Depot, Lysol, and more.

As a creative partner, Danny oversees multiple global accounts, contributing to Chick-Fil-A's expansion, transforming Cigna's image, and establishing Nespresso's cultural resonance across 30 countries.

Danny's remarkable work has garnered recognition from renowned industry awards, including Cannes, One Show, The Webbys, London International Awards, Epica, Cresta, New York Festival, EX Awards, and the Effies. His creativity is regularly featured in leading publications like Creativity and Adweek.

Danny resides in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, with his husband Oscar and their beloved rescue Chihuahua.
