Dalbir Singh is the Founder and Executive Producer of Kiss Films, with over two decades of experience in mainstream advertising.
An alumnus of the University of Calcutta with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, Dalbir began his career in global agencies such as JWT, Y&R, and Ogilvy, where he rose to the roles of Creative Director and Executive Creative Director (CD/ECD). His transition from the agency world to production led to the founding of Kiss Films, a production house known for culturally resonant and visually striking ad films.
Over the years, he has produced campaigns for brands, including Sony, Samsung, Toshiba, HP, SanDisk, Nokia, Gionee, KFC, Nissan, Chevrolet, Suzuki, Hero, TVS, Bajaj, Pond’s, Comfort, Veet, Vanish, Dettol, and Bingo. His notable work includes Vaseline – “Dilli Ki Sardi”, Indian Hockey League – Sandeep Singh, Sony Bravia featuring M.S. Dhoni, Zoya – “Reborn”, and Boost – Jasprit Bumrah, to name a few.
Beyond advertising, Dalbir shares his industry insights through his witty weekly column “Producer’s Diary”, published on Manifest Media and Campaign India, offering satirical reflections on agency life and the creative process.
He is also the creator of “Sikh Park”, a long-running comic strip capturing everyday humour and perspectives from the Sikh diaspora. Originally commissioned on sikhchic.com, it earned a loyal readership for its simplicity and relatability.
