Ratnani is a renowned portrait and celebrity photographer in the Indian cinema industry.
He stumbled upon photography by chance when he began shooting for films, which led to editorial work and eventually model portfolios, opening doors to advertising. His work has been extensively used in film advertising and publicity campaigns.
Ratnani is well-known for his yearly calendar, which was first published in 1999. Since then, he has released a calendar every year featuring some of Bollywood's top celebrities, including Abhishek Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai, Amitabh Bachchan, Esha Deol, Arjun Rampal, Salman Khan, Preity Zinta, Priyanka Chopra, Ayesha Takia, Shahrukh Khan, Katrina Kaif, and many others.
He has been a part of the jury in various reality shows and contests. He has worked with many bollywood celebrities. He has taken celebrity still for films like Om Shanti Om, Hera Pheri, Kaho Naa... Pyaar Hai and many others.
