Chandni Shah is the Founder and Chief Operating Officer at FCB Kinnect—India's 6th Best Creative Agency in the Cannes Lions Creativity Report, 2024.

Chandni started her career in 2009, as a client servicing executive at Percept H, shortly after which she moved to her brief stint at JWT India. In 2011, at just 22, she launched Kinnect with her prtner, Rohan Mehta, and scaled the agency to a talent base of 500+ digital experts across Mumbai, Delhi and Bengaluru.

Today, Chandni hold the titles of Campaign South Asia's Young Business Leader 2021, and 40 Under 40, IMPACT’s 50 Most Influential Women of 2022 and 2024, etc.
