As a Creative Director at Wieden+Kennedy SP, Camila focuses on the Nike, Nubank, and Uber accounts, showcasing her expertise in crafting impactful campaigns. Her professional journey includes notable stints at R/GA NY, Wunderman Thompson, FCB, and Lew'Lara\TBWA, where she honed her skills working with esteemed clients such as Avon, Coca-Cola, Netflix, PepsiCo, Nissan, SKY, and Nestlé.

Beyond her role in advertising, Camila is a multitasking mom, an enthusiast of illustration, and a passionate advocate for gender and race equality. She actively contributes to fostering a more inclusive industry by teaching a class on Diversity and Representativeness at Escola Cuca. In addition, she shares her wisdom and career advice through a personal project called PorTips, which serves as a platform for empowering creative women. Her dedication to driving positive change was recognized in 2020 when she was listed among the 30 creatives who championed transformation in the Communication Industry by Papel&Caneta.
