Avishek Ghosh is the Founder and Executive Producer of The Unicorn Films, where he oversees the development and execution of advertising films and branded content.

A graduate of the Satyajit Ray Film and Television Institute (SRFTI), where he studied Editing, Avishek began his career as an editor before developing a keen interest in production and transitioning into producing. Prior to founding The Unicorn Films, he worked as an Executive Producer at Little Lamb Films and Kitchen.Video, experiences that laid the foundation for establishing his own advertising production company.

At the Good Ads Matter Awards, productions backed by The Unicorn Films have won over 15 metals. Band Baaja Bitiya received the inaugural Piyush Pandey Polaris Award, along with 7 Gold, 2 Silver and 3 Bronze. Mother Dairy – Aai Jaisi Mumbai also earned 1 Silver and 1 Bronze.

Under Avishek's leadership, The Unicorn Films has collaborated with agencies, brands and filmmakers across lifestyle, FMCG, food, technology, entertainment and narrative storytelling. The company's notable productions include Goel TMT – Band Baaja Bitiya, Mother Dairy – Aai Jaisi Mumbai, Coca-Cola – Laal Paar, and campaigns for IPL 2026, among others.

Over the years, Avishek has collaborated with brands including Goel TMT, Mother Dairy, Coca-Cola, Nestlé, Fortune Foods, Hero MotoCorp and Minute Maid, among others.

As an Executive Producer, Avishek works closely with directors, agencies and production teams to translate creative ideas into compelling visual narratives. His approach is centred on collaboration, creative problem-solving and maintaining high production standards, enabling filmmakers to realise ambitious ideas with precision and efficiency.

Through The Unicorn Films, he continues to champion distinctive storytelling and craft, contributing to the evolving landscape of commercial filmmaking in India.
