Ashwiny has spent over 15 years in the advertising agency Leo Burnett (India), where she earned numerous awards such as Cannes Lions, New York Festival, and One Show accolades.
Transitioning from advertising to filmmaking, she made her directorial debut with the feature film 'Nil Battey Sannata,' followed by 'Bareilly ki Barfi' and 'Panga.'
In addition to her filmmaking endeavors, Ashwiny has recently ventured into writing books, releasing her debut novel titled 'Mapping Love.'
While continuing her work as a director, Ashwiny also produces films under her production company banner. Some of her productions include 'Ghar ki Murgi,' 'Break Point,' 'Tarla,' 'Bawaal,' and 'Tumse na ho payega.'
As a producer, some of Ashwiny's notable commercials include Dream 11's 'Press Conference,' featuring Aamir Khan, Flipkart's 'Big Billion Days' featuring Amitabh Bachchan, and campaigns for The Big Picture featuring Ranveer Singh, among others.
