Asheen, the Executive Creative Director at TBWA Singapore, has played a pivotal role in elevating the agency's creative standing, resulting in numerous accolades such as Agency, Creative Agency, and Digital Agency of the year awards for the APAC Region. Asheen has also successfully led pitch wins for prominent clients including Vivo, Bybit, Puma, and SGEnable.

Prior to his role at TBWA Singapore, as the ECD of BWM Dentsu Sydney for five years, Asheen steered the agency to become the 9th most Creative Agency in the World, according to Warc. His leadership also led to the agency being recognized as the Regional Agency of the Year at New York Festivals, Digital Agency of the Year at Adfest, and receiving Agency of the Year nominations at Adnews, B&T, and Mumbrella. Additionally, he secured significant pitch wins for renowned brands such as Qantas, Toyota, HCF Health Insurance, MLC, Charles Sturt University, and the Sydney Kings Basketball team.

During his tenure as a Creative Director at TBWA Sydney for four years, Asheen played a pivotal role in propelling the agency to become the top-ranked Creative Agency in Australia, according to the Global WON Report.

Throughout his career, Asheen has been fortunate to amass an impressive collection of local and international awards, including prestigious Grand Prix honors at renowned award shows such as Cannes, One Show, Effies, Clios, NY Festival, LIA, Spikes, Adfest, Jay Chiat Award, and two Best of Shows at AWARD. He has also been awarded multiple D&AD pencils, including the highly coveted Black Pencil. His outstanding achievements in the industry were recognized in 2019 when he was ranked among the top 10 most awarded ECDs in the world, according to the Big Won World Creative Rankings.
