Arvind Krishnan is the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer at Manja, an advertising agency that provides full-funnel solutions to brands, founded in 2022, alongside Prajato Guha.
Arvind started his professional career in 2001 as a team leader of operations at Allsec Technologies, and then segued to advertising as a brand strategy partner at Leo Burnett. He then started his 13-year-long stint at BBH—first as the Brand Partner at BBH India, then as the Team Director at BBH London, and later as the Managing Director back at BBH India.
In his career spanning over two decades, Arvind has helped steer businesses small, big, local, international, early-stage, established, and everything in between. He understands and identifies the unique levers that anchor each brand further and higher, weaving distinct narratives to fit each—both maximising brand value as well as going pushing creative boundaries.
Some of his notable works include Amazon Prime 'An Epic Showdown', Mahindra 'Kargil Diwas', Ajio x Shakti Kapoor & Shraddha Kapoor, Starbucks X Netflix Archies, Netflix x KitKat ft. Ayushmann Khurrana. Recently, at the Good Ads Matter Awards, India '25, Manja bagged a silver for Mahindra Group 'Mahindra For Planet | Zaheerabad Automotive Factory', and another silver and a bronze for Native RO by Urban Company 'Filter to Pagal Hai'.
At Manja, he has also collaborated with brands such as Times of India, The Economic Times, Disney+ Hotstar, Nykaa and Snapdragon among others.
Recently, at the Good Ads Matter Awards, India '25, Manja won a gold for Mahindra Group 'Mahindra For Planet | Zaheerabad Automotive Factory', a silver and a bronze for Native RO by Urban Company 'Filter to Pagal Hai'.
