Anu Joseph is the Co-founder and Creative Vice Chairman of Creativeland Asia.
Anu's creative journey in writing began at the tender age of 12 when he published his first set of poems. His passion for writing led him to pursue a degree in Journalism at Christ College, Bangalore. In 1999, his professional career started as a copywriter at Akshar Advertising, from which he swiftly moved to Grey Group for his 5-year-long stint, first as a seniot copywriter and later as an associate creative director. In 2007, he co-founded Creativeland Asia, where he has been since, leading the team on both creative as well as executive fronts.
Anu's storytelling is both modern and has a touch of traditional nostalgia, emulating in his projects through the characteristics of being relevant and at the same time relatable. Some of his notable campaigns include Netflix Plaback 2022, Netflix 'Cherrapunji ki Diwali', 'Ranveer vs. Wild, JioSaavn 'Dil ki Dhun' ft. Shankar Mahadevan, Uniqlo 'Linen Collection' ft. Katrina Kaif, Chings 'Desi Chinese Humara hai', Taj Hotels 'Tajness' to name a few.
Anu's brand portfolio also includes Jio TV, Godrej, Swiggy, Havmor, Cinthol, Audi, and Mercedes-Benz, winning accolades at platforms like Spikes Asia, and Abbys for their innovative and effective campaigns.
