Co-Founder and Creative Vice-Chairman of Creativeland Asia, Anu Joseph started writing at the young age of 12 years where he published his first set of poems. He continued writing and went on to pursue a Journalism degree at Christ College, Bangalore. However, in 1999, his plans of becoming a cricket journalist took a detour when he got a chance to work as a trainee copywriter at Grey Worldwide, Bangalore. There, he started writing copy for brands such as Lee, Arrow, and Britannia.

During an exchange program, Anu moved to Grey Mumbai, where he met Sajan Raj Kurup. In 2007, when Raj founded Creativeland, Anu was part of the founding team as a creative director. According to Anu, the last nine years have been "one awesome ride." During this time, he has worked on several renowned brands, including Frooti, Audi, Micromax, United Colors of Benetton, Appy Fizz, Hippo, Deutsche Bank, Cinthol, Godrej Expert, Medimix, Kinetic, and many more. His exceptional work has earned him recognition and awards at both international and Indian shows, and he has frequently served on awards juries.
