Based in Mumbai, Anand Menon is the Co-Founder and Executive Producer at Early Man Film, which he established in 2013 alongside director Ayappa KM. He brought to the venture his expertise from prior positions at Footcandles Film, where he worked extensively across a range of formats.

He holds a PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta (1993–1995) and grew up in Kerala. With a diverse skill set spanning television, post-production, documentaries, feature films, and commercials, Anand has consistently contributed valuable perspectives to the industry.

At the Good Ads Matter Awards 2025, his company Early Man Film was named Production Company of the Year, with co-founder and director Ayappa KM winning Best Director of the Year. The company bagged a total of 2 Grand Prix, 10 Gold, and 2 Silver metals, across multiple categories. Notable wins include:

Jindal – The Steel of India: Grand Prix for Editing (TV/Cinema), Golds in Direction, Cinematography, Original Music Composition, and Sound Design (Montage, TV/Cinema).

At the Good Ads Matter Awards 2025, Anand also served as a Jury member for the category of Film Craft, Direction.
