Alisha Sharma has been appointed as Executive Creative Director at The Script Room, one of India’s top independent creative agencies, marking a major leadership addition as the agency celebrates its sixth year.


With over a decade of experience, Alisha has held senior creative roles at renowned agencies including Ogilvy and Leo Burnett in Mumbai and Bangalore. Her past work spans brand strategies for major clients such as Spotify, PepsiCo (Lays & Doritos), Amazon, Asian Paints, and Madhya Pradesh Tourism.


Her signature campaigns include - Spotify India Launch Campaigns. Alisha played a pivotal role in introducing and establishing Spotify in the Indian market, leading creative development for campaigns like “Life kate mazze se,” “Jab Music Chale Spotify Pe,” and “There’s a Playlist for That.”


Her work is recognized by premier industry platforms including Cannes Lions, One Show, Spikes Asia, Clio Awards, and Effies India. She was featured in IMPACT Magazine’s 30 Under 30 list. She also served as a jury member for prestigious competitions such as the Young Director Awards at Cannes, highlighting her leadership in cultivating creative excellence.


Alisha thrives in environments where storytelling drives creativity.
