Ajay Gahlaut is a prominent Indian advertising professional and the Chief Creative Officer and Managing Director at Publicis Worldwide India. He is widely regarded as one of the most talented and influential figures in the Indian advertising industry.
Gahlaut began his advertising career with Contract Advertising in 1995 and has worked with several leading advertising agencies in India, including Ogilvy & Mather, JWT (now Wunderman Thompson), and Rediffusion Y&R. He has created several award-winning campaigns for brands such as Amazon, Nokia, and Nestle, among others. His work has won numerous awards, including several Cannes Lions, D&AD, and One Show awards.
Apart from his work in advertising, Gahlaut is also an accomplished writer and filmmaker. He has written and directed several short films, including "The Joy of Giving" and "The Classroom". He is known for his creative leadership and his ability to inspire and mentor young talent in the industry.
