Abhik Santara is the Co-founder, Director and Chief Executive Officer at Atom Network, a young and dynamic creative agency he founded in 2020, alongside Yash Kulshresth and Ananda Sen.

Abhik started his professional journey in 2020 as an Account Director at TBWA, soon moving on to client servicing at Bates. Only six years after his venture in Indian advertising, he went on to become the Associate Vice President at Wunderman Thompson. This was followed by many executive roles such as Head of Officer, Executive Vice President, President and Head of Office in agencies like Y&R, MullenLowe Lintas Group and Ogilvy—before founding Atom Network.

During his stint at MullenLowe Lintas Group, the agency observed a topline growth of 300% in a short span of two years. Until 2020, Abhik had worked with brands such as PepsiCo, Airtel, MTS, Volvo, Dabur, Panasonic, Tupperware, and HUL.

At Atom Network, he has worked on campaigns like Flywire 'The Empty Nest', and Reliance General Insurance 'Pink Star Rating'. At the Good Ads Matter Awards, India '25, the former won a silver and the latter won a bronze.
